Our proprietary cold-crafting process was designed to preserve essential vitamins and minerals found within our plant-based ingredients. Micronutrients such as these are commonly destroyed by heat in the manufacturing process.
We use only certified organic, non-GMO, and fair trade ingredients. We're also constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact, hence our unique packaging that reduces the amount of material needed.
Our kitchen is located inside The Plant in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The Plant is home to a collaborative community of food businesses committed to sustainable production methods, energy conservation, and material reuse.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Kailey is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and wellness advocate who spent the last 10 years traveling and living in places like India and Indonesia studying under leading practitioners in the fields of yoga, meditation, Eastern medicine, and alternative therapies. It was here she first discovered the powerful connection between diet and disease - having healed herself of several chronic conditions through a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet alone.
